Our commitment to students and their parents is to help with familiarising them with their new country and its customs. On-going support and emergency services will be available and we can find safe, secure and comfortable accommodation on and off-campus, making any and all the arrangements with and in the property.
When the student flies into the UK, we can transport them to their pre-arranged accommodation and after settling in we can take them on a familiarisation tour, as well as arranging everything from bank accounts, medical services to where to shop for groceries
We provide services that can cater to people of all religions, cultures and background and can help you with the sights to see and the places to visit.
We work closely with language sector and so are available to arrange translations and interpreters if required and offer a 24/7 emergency call line so you can get immediate advice and support when required.
Our concierge service is bespoke and can be tailored to meet the precise requirements of an individual student or group of students.
